Carvedilol + alverine is a combination of two small molecule drugs, each with distinct mechanisms and indications. Carvedilol is a non-selective beta-adrenergic antagonist (beta-blocker) with additional alpha-1 adrenergic blocking activity, primarily used to treat mild to severe chronic heart failure, hypertension, and left ventricular dysfunction following myocardial infarction[1][3][5].
