Carvedilol + empagliflozin is a combination of two small molecule drugs used together, though not as a fixed-dose combination product. Carvedilol is a non-selective beta-adrenergic antagonist (beta-blocker) with additional alpha-1 adrenergic blocking activity, primarily indicated for the treatment of heart failure, hypertension, and left ventricular dysfunction following myocardial infarction.
