CATB-101

CATB-101 is CatenaBio's preclinical **TROP2-targeted dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate** and lead Multi-Payload Conjugate. It uses CatenaBio's selective CysTyr conjugation approach and a stable C-Y linkage to deliver an optimized ratio of a tubulin inhibitor and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor within one ADC molecule. In TROP2-expressing cell-derived and patient-derived xenograft models of triple-negative breast, gastric, and lung cancers, CATB-101 showed antitumor activity, including activity in models that had progressed following sacituzumab govitecan treatment; no human clinical trial was identified in the reviewed public sources.
