Causticum 200C is a homeopathic preparation evaluated for the treatment of primary enuresis (bedwetting) in pediatric patients. Developed and studied by Fr Muller Homoeopathic Medical College, it is prepared in a 200 centesimal potency according to the Homoeopathic Pharmacopeia of India. In a Phase 3 clinical trial (NCT02154152), the remedy was administered as globules to children aged 5-15 years. As a homeopathic treatment, its mechanism of action is based on the principle of similia similibus curentur (like cures like) rather than a conventional pharmacological target.
