CAY10535

CAY10535 is a selective antagonist of the thromboxane A2 (TXA2) receptor (TP), demonstrating approximately 20-fold selectivity for the TPβ isoform (IC50 = 99 nM) over the TPα isoform (IC50 = 1,970 nM). It inhibits U46619-mediated calcium mobilization and exhibits poor activity on platelets. In preclinical research, CAY10535 has been shown to block the increased migration and invasion of breast cancer cells triggered during the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), suggesting potential utility in preventing breast cancer metastasis.
