Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CB-002, also known as Ocelot, is a preclinical-stage small molecule novel chemical entity (NCE) being developed by Cubed Biotech. It belongs to a breakthrough class of non-hallucinogenic 5-HT2A receptor modulators derived from a proprietary hybrid tryptamine/phenylethylamine library. Designed to provide antidepressant and anxiolytic effects without the characteristic psychedelic experience associated with traditional 5-HT2A agonists, CB-002 is being investigated for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, and Neurodegeneration. The program is currently advancing through early discovery toward IND-enabling studies.
