Overview

CB-Exo-A600 is an investigational exosome-based therapy derived from umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs), developed by Xuanwu Hospital in Beijing. Administered via intranasal drops, the therapy aims to deliver therapeutic bioactive molecules directly to the brain, bypassing the blood-brain barrier to treat mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. The exosomes are intended to provide neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, and regenerative effects to slow or reverse neurodegeneration. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial for safety and preliminary efficacy.
