Overview

CB-NK is an off-the-shelf allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Celularity, Inc. It is a type of CAR-NK cell therapy, meaning the natural killer cells are engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) to enhance their targeting capabilities. Celularity utilizes MaxCyte's electroporation platform for the non-viral gene editing and large-scale manufacturing of CB-NK. The drug candidate is currently in early clinical stages for the treatment of cancer, inflammatory, and regenerative indications.
