CB02 (Cartography Biosciences)

CB02 is an antibody-based T-cell engager (TCE) currently in the discovery stage of development for the treatment of solid tumors. Developed by Cartography Biosciences, the therapeutic is identified using the company's proprietary ATLAS and SUMMIT platforms, which integrate computational biology and comprehensive antigen mapping to discover novel, highly specific tumor-selective targets. As a T-cell engager, CB02 is designed to simultaneously bind to a tumor-associated antigen and the CD3 receptor on T cells, thereby recruiting and activating the patient's immune system to induce T-cell mediated cytotoxicity against tumor cells.
