Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CB02 TCE is a bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) designed to target the novel, highly tumor-specific antigen CB02. Developed using the ATLAS platform, which utilizes single-cell transcriptomic analysis of healthy and tumor tissues to identify unique targets, CB02 TCE is engineered with a balanced CD3 binding affinity to maximize functional potency while minimizing excessive cytokine release. The drug has demonstrated robust T-cell activation and dose-dependent cytotoxicity in both hematological and solid tumor preclinical models, including 2D co-cultures and 3D spheroid models. In vivo studies have shown significant efficacy in systemic and subcutaneous cell-line derived xenograft models, supported by favorable pharmacokinetic properties. The antigen CB02 was identified as being significantly enriched on malignant cells compared to critical healthy cell types, providing a wide therapeutic window for selective tumor eradication.
