Overview

CB03 is a small molecule inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 Main Protease (Mpro), identified through structure-based virtual screening. It has a molecular weight of approximately 300 Da and exhibits lead-like characteristics, making it an attractive candidate for the future development of COVID-19 treatments. It has shown promising inhibition of the Mpro enzyme with Ki values in the medium to high micromolar range.
