CB0302 is an investigational cell therapy developed by CellmAbs, designed to target cancer-specific glycans for the treatment of various oncology indications. Utilizing a proprietary monoclonal antibody development platform, CellmAbs identifies unique glycan signatures that are abnormally expressed on the surface of tumor cells but are absent or restricted in healthy tissues. CB0302 leverages these targets to direct engineered immune cells toward malignant cells, facilitating targeted tumor cell lysis while minimizing off-target effects. The program is currently in the discovery and preclinical stages of development.
