Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CB302 is a preclinical-stage combination immunotherapy program being developed by CentricsBio for the treatment of cancer. The program aims to enhance anti-cancer efficacy by combining immunotherapeutic agents, such as CentricsBio's novel anti-CD300c monoclonal antibody (CB301), with other immune checkpoint inhibitors (such as anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 antibodies). By targeting multiple immune pathways simultaneously, CB302 is designed to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, promote the polarization of tumor-associated macrophages toward the tumor-suppressive M1 phenotype, and activate T cells to achieve synergistic tumor-killing effects.
