Overview

CB303 is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by CentricsBio for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy is designed to target CD300c (also known as CMRF35-like molecule 6 or CB301 antigen), a novel immune checkpoint and cancer antigen expressed on the surface of various solid tumor cells. By targeting CD300c, CB303 aims to overcome the immunosuppressive microenvironment characteristic of solid tumors, activate T cells, and directly eliminate cancer cells. CB303 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
