CBC300

CBC300 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic cancer vaccine being developed by CliPSBnC for the treatment of various solid tumors. The vaccine is built upon CliPSBnC's proprietary protein nanocage (BnC) platform, which utilizes self-assembling protein nanoparticles to display and deliver tumor-associated antigens. This technology is designed to mimic the structural characteristics of a virus, thereby enhancing the visibility of tumor antigens to the immune system. By specifically targeting and activating antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells, CBC300 aims to stimulate a robust and durable T-cell-mediated immune response capable of identifying and eliminating cancer cells within solid tumors.
