Overview
CBD Oil STENOCARE is a medical cannabis oil product developed and marketed by the Danish pharmaceutical company STENOCARE. It is a botanical extract formulation containing cannabidiol (CBD) at a concentration of 20 mg/mL, dissolved in a carrier oil for oral administration. The product was approved by the Danish Medicines Agency in October 2022 as part of Denmark's Pilot Programme for Medical Cannabis, making it available via prescription through Danish pharmacies. As a non-psychoactive cannabinoid, it is primarily used to manage symptoms such as chronic nerve pain, spasms associated with multiple sclerosis, and nausea or pain related to cancer. The product is manufactured in compliance with European Good Manufacturing Practice (EU-GMP) standards to ensure consistent quality and potency.
