Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CBIO-007** is a conditionally armed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy in preclinical development for solid tumors, including colorectal cancer and triple-negative breast cancer. It employs Chimera Bioengineering's GOLD platform, which reprograms RNA gene regulation circuits to enable controllable activation of CAR-T cells specifically in the tumor microenvironment, enhancing safety and efficacy against solid tumors.[1][12][14]
