CBL8851 is an investigational fixed-combination formulation of two fully human monoclonal antibodies, A82 and B86, directed against tetanus toxin. Developed by Changchun BCHT for passive tetanus prophylaxis, the antibody pair is intended to neutralize tetanus toxin through dual-epitope targeting, providing an alternative to plasma-derived human tetanus immunoglobulin. It is being evaluated by intramuscular injection in Phase I/II clinical studies in healthy adults, including comparison with human tetanus immunoglobulin and co-administration studies with tetanus vaccine.
