Overview
CBO-012 is a long-acting, sustained-release small molecule injection under development by Caliway Biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of osteoarthritis. The drug is designed to inhibit joint inflammation factors, slow down cartilage degeneration and hard bone loss, and reduce pain associated with osteoarthritis. It aims to provide a curative effect lasting 3 to 6 months from a single injection.
