CBP-1019

CBP-1019 is a bispecific ligand-drug conjugate developed by Coherent Biopharma using its proprietary Bi-XDC technology platform. The drug targets two receptors commonly overexpressed in various cancers—Folate Receptor alpha (FRα) and Transient Receptor Potential Vanilloid Subfamily Member 6 (TRPV6)—and delivers a cytotoxic payload, DX-8951 derivative, which is a topoisomerase I inhibitor. This design enables selective targeting and killing of tumor cells while sparing normal tissue. CBP-1019 has demonstrated promising safety and efficacy in early-phase clinical trials for advanced solid malignancies, including recurrent endometrial, colorectal, pancreatic, esophageal, and lung cancers. It is administered intravenously every two weeks in ongoing global Phase I/II studies[1][2][3][5][6].
