Overview

CBS103 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by CellmAbs for the treatment of various cancers. The therapeutic candidate is designed to target cancer-specific glycans, also known as tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens (TACAs), which are uniquely or overexpressed on the surface of malignant cells compared to healthy tissues. By utilizing an ADC modality, CBS103 aims to selectively deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to tumor cells, thereby maximizing therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-target systemic toxicity. While CellmAbs' broader portfolio targets specific glycans such as Sialyl-Tn (STn) and Tn, the precise glycan target and payload for the CBS103 program have not been publicly disclosed. The asset is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation to support future clinical development in oncology.
