CBT-107 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody being developed by Cellective BioTherapy for the treatment of oncology indications. The therapeutic is designed to deplete regulatory B10 cells (IL-10-producing regulatory B cells), which are known to suppress anti-tumor immune responses. By depleting these regulatory B cells, CBT-107 aims to enhance the body's natural immune response against tumors. CBT-107 is being developed for use in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) to achieve synergistic anti-tumor efficacy.
