Overview

CBX-13 is a peptide-drug conjugate (PDC) developed by Cybrexa for oncology indications. It utilizes the proprietary alphalex technology to deliver the highly potent cytotoxic agent maytansine DM4 selectively to tumor cells. The conjugate is designed for enhanced selectivity in HER2-negative solid tumors that are not targetable by other therapies, demonstrating single-digit nanomolar potency in preclinical models. Its mechanism of action involves inhibition of tubulin polymerization, leading to disruption of microtubule dynamics and subsequent cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cells[2][6][8].
