Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CBX-880 is an investigational T-cell receptor (TCR)-mimetic T-cell engager (TCE) developed using Crossbow Therapeutics' proprietary T-Bolt™ platform. It is designed to target an undisclosed peptide-HLA (pHLA) complex derived from a cancer-testis antigen presented on HLA-A*02:01, while simultaneously binding to CD3 on T cells to recruit and activate T cells against tumor cells. CBX-880 is being developed for the treatment of solid tumors, including squamous non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), ovarian cancer, and esophageal cancer. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
