CC-115 is an orally active, small molecule dual kinase inhibitor targeting both DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR). It is being developed for the treatment of various cancers, including glioblastoma multiforme, metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, advanced solid tumors, and hematologic malignancies such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The drug acts by inhibiting key signaling pathways involved in cell growth and DNA repair. CC-115 was originally developed by Celgene Corporation (now a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb) in collaboration with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center[2][3][4].
