Overview

This is a combination of **CC-220 (iberdomide)** and **itraconazole**. - **CC-220 (iberdomide)** is a novel immunomodulatory drug and cereblon modulator, developed for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and systemic lupus erythematosus. It binds with high affinity to cereblon, a substrate receptor of the CRL4^CRBN^ E3 ubiquitin ligase, facilitating the ubiquitination and degradation of the transcription factors IKZF1 (Ikaros) and IKZF3 (Aiolos), which is believed to mediate its antitumor and immunomodulatory effects. - **Itraconazole** is a triazole antifungal agent used for the treatment and prophylaxis of various systemic and superficial fungal infections. It inhibits fungal 14α-demethylase (a CYP450 enzyme), disrupting ergosterol synthesis and compromising fungal cell membrane integrity.
