Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CC-38** is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy developed by CuraCell using the CytoPLY platform, which expands tumor-reactive T-cells from patient tumors to enhance cytotoxic responses against solid tumors. It improves T-cell diversity, TCR repertoire for broader neoantigen recognition, and cytokine production for prolonged anti-tumor activity compared to traditional IL-2-based methods. Currently in a Phase I/IIa trial evaluating safety, tolerability, feasibility of repeated dosing, immune responses, and preliminary efficacy in metastatic colorectal and prostate cancers.[2][5][8][11]
