Overview

CC-90006 is a monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist of the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. It was initially developed by AnaptysBio and further developed in collaboration with Celgene (now a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb). The drug is designed to modulate immune responses by activating PD-1 signaling, which may have immunosuppressive effects. Its primary indication has been for the treatment of psoriasis, specifically plaque psoriasis. As of the latest updates, CC-90006 has completed phase 1 clinical trials in both healthy volunteers and patients with psoriasis in the United States and Canada[1][2][4]. There are no approved indications or brand names for this drug at present.
