CC-90011 + rifampicin

CC-90011 + rifampicin is an investigational drug combination consisting of CC-90011 and rifampicin. CC-90011 (also known as pulrodemstat) is an oral, potent, selective, reversible inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1/KDM1A), an epigenetic regulator implicated in cancer progression. CC-90011 was designed to induce cellular differentiation and inhibit tumor proliferation, mainly studied in advanced solid tumors, neuroendocrine neoplasms, and hematologic cancers. Rifampicin is a well-established antibiotic and a strong inducer of hepatic cytochrome P450 enzymes, commonly used as a tool in drug-drug interaction studies because it can dramatically alter the pharmacokinetics of co-administered drugs. The combination of CC-90011 with rifampicin is mainly studied to assess how rifampicin affects the metabolism, safety, and pharmacokinetics of CC-90011.
