CC-99282 + obinutuzumab is a combination investigational therapy being studied for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, specifically relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. CC-99282 is a novel, orally administered cereblon E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD) that induces the targeted degradation of Ikaros and Aiolos, transcription factors implicated in B-cell malignancy biology. Obinutuzumab is a humanized type II monoclonal antibody directed against CD20, a surface antigen found on B lymphocytes, leading to B-cell depletion through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, phagocytosis, and direct cell death. The combination is being evaluated primarily for enhanced anti-tumor activity by combining B-cell targeting (obinutuzumab) with immune modulation and direct cytotoxic activity (CC-99282)[1][5][7][9].
