Overview

CCB4580030 is the primary active metabolite of limertinib (ASK120067), a third-generation, irreversible, mutant-selective epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Developed by Allist Pharmaceuticals, limertinib is indicated for the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring EGFR T790M resistance mutations or other activating mutations. CCB4580030 is formed in vivo and contributes to the therapeutic efficacy of the parent drug. Pharmacokinetic studies indicate that its exposure is significantly modulated by CYP3A4 activity, with strong inducers like rifampin decreasing its levels and strong inhibitors like itraconazole altering its clearance.
