CCL16 siRNA is a small interfering RNA designed to target and silence the expression of C-C motif chemokine ligand 16 (CCL16). In preclinical research, CCL16 siRNA has been utilized to investigate the role of CCL16 in tumor progression, cancer stemness, and metastasis. Knockdown of CCL16 using siRNA has been shown to inhibit cell migration, sphere formation, and chemoresistance in various cancer cell lines, including breast, lung, and liver cancers, as well as reduce tumor growth and metastasis in mouse models.
