**CCS1477 + olaparib** is an investigational combination therapy consisting of CCS1477 and olaparib. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor effects by suppressing both AR/MYC signaling (via CCS1477) and DNA repair (via olaparib), especially in prostate cancer (mCRPC) and metastatic breast cancer, potentially overcoming or delaying resistance to either agent alone[1][2].
