Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CCT-ANK-11 is an investigational activated natural killer (ANK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Kejing Biotechnology. The product consists of ex vivo expanded and activated NK cells, which are innate immune effector cells capable of identifying and lysing tumor cells through the release of perforin and granzymes. CCT-ANK-11 is being evaluated in exploratory clinical trials for the treatment of various advanced solid tumors, including lung, liver, and gastric cancers. The therapy is typically administered in combination with standard-of-care treatments to enhance anti-tumor immune responses and overcome immune evasion within the tumor microenvironment.
