CCX872-B + FOLFIRINOX is a combination regimen used in clinical trials for the treatment of advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. **CCX872-B** is a selective oral small molecule antagonist of the chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 2 (CCR2), designed to inhibit migration of immunosuppressive myeloid cells into the tumor microenvironment and thus enhance antitumor immune responses. **FOLFIRINOX** is a multi-agent chemotherapy regimen consisting of four intravenously administered drugs: folinic acid (leucovorin), fluorouracil (5-FU), irinotecan, and oxaliplatin. The rationale behind this combination is that blocking CCR2-mediated recruitment of suppressive immune cells can improve the efficacy of cytotoxic chemotherapy with FOLFIRINOX. The regimen has been studied in phase Ib clinical trials for pancreatic cancer, where it showed promising progression-free survival, objective response rates (ORR), and overall survival (OS) with an acceptable safety profile.
