Overview

CD070 is a bioactive compound extracted from Chinese herbal medicine that is being investigated for its potential to enhance cancer immunotherapy. It acts by downregulating programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) expression on CD3-stimulated T cells, including CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T cell populations. Mechanistically, CD070 inhibits glycolysis in T cells in a dose-dependent manner, thereby modulating immune checkpoint regulation through metabolic pathways.
