Overview

CD10367 is a selective retinoic acid receptor gamma (RARγ) agonist developed by Galderma for the topical treatment of psoriasis. RARγ is the primary retinoic acid receptor isoform expressed in human keratinocytes, and its activation modulates gene expression involved in cell differentiation and proliferation. CD10367 was evaluated in exploratory clinical studies, including a modified Dumas-Scholtz psoriasis mini-zone test, to assess its safety and efficacy in reducing psoriatic plaques. The compound belongs to a series of selective retinoids designed to provide therapeutic benefit with a potentially improved safety profile compared to non-selective RAR agonists.
