Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD105-HER2 cCAR-T is a dual-target composite chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (cCAR-T) therapy developed by Shenzhen Innovation Immunotechnology. This cell therapy is engineered to simultaneously target Endoglin (CD105), a protein associated with tumor neovascularization, and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), a well-known oncogenic driver overexpressed in various solid tumors. By employing a dual-targeting strategy, the therapy is designed to attack both the tumor cells directly and the supporting blood vessels within the tumor microenvironment, potentially enhancing efficacy and overcoming resistance mechanisms common in solid tumor treatments. It is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of HER2-positive solid tumors.
