CD123-CAR-TNK

**CD123-CAR-TNK** is a proposed off-the-shelf, CD123-directed chimeric antigen receptor natural killer cell therapy from the Sorrento Therapeutics and Conkwest collaboration. It uses Conkwest's Neukoplast NK-92 cell-line platform engineered with a Sorrento-designed CAR intended to recognize CD123, also known as interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha, a target expressed on hematologic malignancies including acute myeloid leukemia. Engagement of CD123 is intended to activate NK-cell-mediated cytotoxicity against malignant cells.
