CD160-TM antibody refers to an experimental **anti-CD160 transmembrane isoform monoclonal antibody** program directed against the CD160-TM isoform, a transmembrane form of CD160 expressed on activated natural killer cells and reported to be aberrantly expressed on some tumor cells, including triple-negative breast cancer cells. Preclinical work identified a murine IgG2a monoclonal antibody, **22B12**, that binds CD160-TM while sparing the GPI-anchored and soluble CD160 isoforms; in TNBC models it mediated tumor-cell depletion through Fc-dependent effector mechanisms including antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis, with associated apoptosis and antitumor activity in mice. Separate patent and translational work also describes anti-CD160-TM antibodies as potential agonist antibodies capable of amplifying NK-cell activation and cytotoxicity, suggesting possible development across oncology and other immune-mediated settings, but no approved drug product, established international nonproprietary name, or marketed brand has been identified.
