Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD19 and CD22 targeted CAR-T cells represent a novel cell therapy approach utilizing chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells engineered to recognize and eliminate malignant B-cells expressing both CD19 and CD22 antigens. This dual-targeting strategy aims to enhance therapeutic efficacy and overcome potential antigen escape mechanisms in patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell leukemia and lymphoma. The therapy involves a single intravenous infusion of these modified T-cells. It is currently being developed by Chongqing Precision Biotech Co., Ltd.
