Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD19 and CD22 targeted prime CAR-T cells is an autologous, dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Chongqing Precision Biotech Co., Ltd. It simultaneously targets CD19 and CD22, two antigens frequently expressed on B-cell malignancies, to mitigate the risk of antigen escape and subsequent relapse. The therapy is manufactured using the company's proprietary **PrimeCAR** platform, which utilizes a rapid manufacturing process (approximately 48 hours) characterized by mild activation and shortened in vitro expansion. This approach is designed to preserve T-cell stemness and improve long-term persistence and efficacy while potentially reducing manufacturing costs and time-to-treatment. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
