Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD19-BCMA UCAR-T is a Universal Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (UCAR-T) therapy engineered to simultaneously target two distinct antigens: B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 (CD19) and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). This dual-targeting approach is designed to enhance efficacy and potentially overcome antigen escape mechanisms in diseases such as relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The therapy works by inducing T-cell mediated cytotoxicity against malignant cells that express these specific targets. It is being developed by Suzhou Maximum Bio-tech Co., Ltd. (also known as T-MAXIMUM Biopharmaceuticals (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.).
