Nanite Therapeutics' CD19-CAR T-cell Delivery Program is a preclinical gene therapy approach that utilizes the company's proprietary SAYER™ platform. The SAYER platform employs AI-designed polymer nanoparticles (PNPs) to deliver a CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) transgene directly to T cells. This method aims to generate CD19-directed CAR-T cells, potentially offering an alternative to traditional viral vector-based delivery systems for treating B-cell malignancies. The program is being developed in collaboration with an undisclosed partner and focuses on leveraging non-viral delivery to improve the efficiency and safety of CAR-T cell generation.
