Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CD19-CD123 compound CAR (also known as ICG140) is a preclinical-stage compound chimeric antigen receptor (cCAR) T-cell therapy developed by iCell Gene Therapeutics (iCell ImmunityX). It is designed to target both CD19 and CD123 antigens on B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) cells. By simultaneously targeting CD19, a well-established B-cell lineage marker, and CD123 (interleukin-3 receptor alpha), which is highly expressed on leukemic stem cells and B-ALL blasts, the therapy aims to prevent antigen-escape-mediated relapses and achieve more durable therapeutic responses.
