Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CD19-CD22 CAR-T** is a nonspecific, target-defined category of engineered T-cell therapies rather than one uniquely identifiable drug product. These autologous or potentially allogeneic CAR-T-cell products are designed to recognize **B-lymphocyte antigen CD19** and **B-lymphocyte antigen CD22**, two surface antigens commonly expressed by malignant B cells. Dual targeting is intended to improve antitumor activity and reduce relapse caused by loss or downregulation of either single antigen. Multiple distinct CD19-CD22 CAR-T programs have been evaluated clinically for relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and B-cell lymphomas, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and central nervous system lymphoma.
