Overview

CD19 iCAR-NK is an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by All Life Biotechnology. The product consists of NK cells derived from a master iPSC line, which are genetically engineered to express a CAR targeting the CD19 antigen. This approach is designed to treat CD19-positive B-lineage malignancies, such as leukemia, by leveraging the innate anti-tumor activity of NK cells combined with the specificity of the CAR. The use of iPSCs allows for the production of a standardized, off-the-shelf therapeutic product, potentially reducing costs and improving accessibility compared to autologous CAR-T cell therapies. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
