CD19 t-haNK + nogapendekin alfa inbakicept is a combination immunotherapy consisting of an off-the-shelf, CD19-targeted natural killer (NK) cell therapy and an IL-15 superagonist. CD19 t-haNK is derived from the NK-92 cell line, engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting CD19 and a high-affinity CD16 (V158) receptor to enhance antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Nogapendekin alfa inbakicept (N-803) is an IL-15 superagonist complex designed to promote the proliferation and activation of NK cells and T cells without stimulating regulatory T cells. The combination is primarily being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
