CD19 x BCMA SIR-T is an investigational dual-targeting cell therapy being developed by Angeles Therapeutics for the treatment of B-cell malignancies and plasma cell disorders. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary Synthetic Immune Receptor T-cell (SIR-T) platform, which engineers T-cells to express synthetic receptors designed to mimic the natural T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling architecture. By simultaneously targeting B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), this candidate aims to reduce the risk of antigen escape and improve therapeutic durability in patients with heterogeneous hematologic cancers. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
