CD19L-sTRAIL

**CD19L-sTRAIL** is a targeted fusion protein designed for the treatment of B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL). It consists of a CD19-targeting ligand (likely a single-chain variable fragment or antibody domain) fused to soluble tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (sTRAIL), enabling selective binding to CD19-positive tumor cells followed by apoptosis induction via TRAIL receptors. Preclinical studies demonstrate potent, CD19-specific cytotoxicity against BCP-ALL cell lines in vitro and prolonged survival in patient-derived xenograft mouse models, with synergistic effects when combined with BCL-2 inhibitors like venetoclax.[3]
